Workflow Watchdog (the "App") connects to your HubSpot account, checks the status of your workflows (automations) once a day, and notifies you of problems that are otherwise easy to miss.
Through HubSpot's OAuth authorization, the App accesses only the following:

The App does not read, store or transmit the contents of your contact, deal or company records (names, email addresses, phone numbers, etc.). It only reads information about the workflows themselves. The App requests two read permissions: workflows (automation), and contact read, which HubSpot requires before its workflows API will return anything. The App never calls a contacts endpoint, requests no write access anywhere, and requests no access to deals or companies.
Alerts are sent to the destination you specify (a Slack channel). The App stores the OAuth token needed to keep the connection alive, the Slack webhook URL you provide, a random settings token used to authenticate the settings page, and a short run log holding a timestamp, the number of workflows flagged, and any error message HubSpot returned. When you disconnect or uninstall the App, your authorization is revoked by HubSpot immediately and the App deletes all of the above at its next daily run, normally within 24 hours. Email us if you want them removed sooner.
We do not share the data we access with any third party other than the notification destination you specify (e.g., Slack). Infrastructure is hosted on Cloudflare.

Workflow Watchdog（以下「本アプリ」）は、HubSpotアカウントに接続し、ワークフロー（自動化）の稼働状況を毎日巡回して、気づかれにくい不具合を検知し通知するHubSpotの連携アプリです。
本アプリは、HubSpotのOAuth認証を通じて、以下の範囲のデータにのみアクセスします。

本アプリは、連絡先・取引・会社等の個人情報そのもの（氏名・メールアドレス・電話番号等）を、保存・閲覧・外部送信することはありません。取得するのはワークフローという仕組みに関する情報のみです。本アプリが要求するHubSpotの権限は、「ワークフロー（automation）の読み取り」と「連絡先の読み取り」の2つです。後者はHubSpot側の仕様で、これが無いとワークフロー一覧APIが空を返すために必要なもので、本アプリが連絡先のエンドポイントを呼ぶことはありません。書き込み権限、および取引・会社へのアクセス権限は一切要求しません。
検知した異常の通知内容は、お客様が指定した通知先（Slack）に送信されます。本アプリが保持するのは、OAuthの認証トークン（接続を維持するための鍵）、お客様が指定したSlackのWebhook URL、設定画面の本人確認に使うランダムな文字列、および実行ログ（実行時刻・検知件数・HubSpotが返したエラー文）です。お客様が切断・アンインストールした時点でHubSpot側の認可は即時失効し、当社が保持する上記の情報は次回の定期実行時（通常24時間以内）に削除されます。それより早い削除をご希望の場合はご連絡ください。
取得した情報を、通知先として指定されたサービス（Slack）以外の第三者に提供することはありません。インフラはCloudflare上で稼働しています。
