These terms govern the use of "Workflow Watchdog" (the "Service"), a HubSpot integration app provided by Narua Inc. ("we"). By installing the Service you agree to these terms.
The Service checks the workflows (automations) in your HubSpot account once a day and notifies you of detected problems such as configuration errors, workflows not edited for an extended period, and sharp drops in enrollments.
The paid plan is currently arranged by email rather than through an automated checkout. There is no self-service billing in the Service today, so you will never be charged without agreeing by email first. Changes to pricing will be announced in advance within the Service or on our website.
You may disconnect the Service at any time from your HubSpot settings. Disconnection revokes our access immediately. We delete the stored credentials and notification settings at the next daily run, normally within 24 hours, and sooner on request by email.
Misuse of the Service (e.g., deliberately exceeding API limits, reverse engineering) is prohibited.
We may update these terms as needed. Material changes will be announced within the Service.
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan.

本規約は、当社が提供するHubSpot向け連携アプリ「Workflow Watchdog」（以下「本サービス」）の利用条件を定めるものです。本サービスをインストールした時点で、本規約に同意したものとみなします。
本サービスは、お客様のHubSpotアカウント内のワークフロー（自動化）を毎日巡回し、設定エラー・長期未更新・登録件数の急減等の異常を検知して通知するものです。
有料プランは現時点では自動決済ではなく、メールでのご相談により個別に設定します。本サービス内に自動課金の仕組みはないため、メールでの合意なく課金されることはありません。料金プランを変更する場合は、事前に本サービス内または当社ウェブサイトにて告知します。
お客様はいつでも、HubSpotの管理画面から本サービスの接続を解除できます。解除により当社のアクセス権は即時失効します。当社が保持する認証情報および通知設定は、次回の定期実行時（通常24時間以内）に削除します。それより早い削除をご希望の場合はメールでご連絡ください。
本サービスの不正利用（API制限の意図的な超過、リバースエンジニアリング等）を禁止します。
当社は、必要に応じて本規約を変更することがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、本サービス内で告知します。
本規約の解釈にあたっては、日本法を準拠法とします。
